Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
